Shipping

We typically process and dispatch in-stock items within 5-6 business days. Shipping rates and available services are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Once your order ships, you'll recieve a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by carrier and location and are estimates only. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the address. If you have questions about shipping, delivery status, or need help with an order, contact us and include your order number. 

Warranty

AX Innovations products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. If you believe your item is defective, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. At our discretion, verified defects will be repaired or replaced. This warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, alterations, or damage caused by improper mounting or abnormal use conditions. 

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided products are unused and in their original condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return; we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsability unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged, or defective). Once your item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times can vary by bank or card issuer. Items marked final sale or customized products are not eligible for return.
